2. You will receive an email message confirming your registration has been received. This email also includes your event portal access link.
3. Once, your registration has been confirmed by the organisation team, you will your receive a new email message for your event payment transfer.
4. You can download your personal invitation letter, proforma invoice and the event schedule on the event portal.
5. Once you made your payment, the organisation team will send you your hotel accommodation voucher.
6. Then you can book your flights or plan your travel. Our organisation agency can assist you with the flights, extra accommodation bookings and airport transfers (Contact person information is on your event portal page).
You can register and participate this event as an Erasmus+ STT mobility. We will provide you with the requested documentation in case you would like to use this option. Please contact us for more details you need.

Yes. You can book extra nights so you can arrive earlier than the event's first day and also you can book extra nights to stay in the hotel after the event ends.
