1. Register using the registration form above.
2. You will receive an email message confirming your registration has been received. This email also includes your event portal access link.
3. Once, your registration has been confirmed by the organisation team, you will your receive a new email message for your event payment transfer.
4. You can download your personal invitation letter, proforma invoice and the event schedule on the event portal.
5. Once you made your payment, the organisation team will send you your hotel accommodation voucher.
6. Then you can book your flights or plan your travel. Our organisation agency can assist you with the flights, extra accommodation bookings, and airport transfers (Contact person information is on your event portal page).

Digital Erasmus Conference is a physical event taking place at Rixos Park Belek, Antalya - Türkiye. There will be no online streaming. Yet, some plenary sessions might be made available online after the event ends.

Yes. You can book extra nights with discounts so you can arrive earlier than the event's first day and also you can book extra nights to stay in the hotel after the event ends.

However, this is subject to the hotel's accommodation availability.

However, all participants are excluded from VAT except for the participants from Turkiye and Bulgaria.
Participants from Turkiye and Bulgaria: If you would like to provide a document for VAT exclusion, your invoice can also be prepared as VAT excluded.

Invoices will be issued in the next 30 days after the event ends. All invoices will be issued electronically and delivered in PDF formats to the registered email addresses.

Credit Card:
You can pay easily on our event portal after your registration. Please make sure you have added your extra services (extra accommodation or hotel transfers, ...). Your event portal.

EFT/Swift:
Payments can be transferred via EFT or Swift. EFT/Swift information can be found on your event portal.

Event and workshop certificates will be issued for each participant in a digital format. Certificates will be available to download on the event participant portal after the event ends. All certificates will be available in PDF format. There will be no printed versions as we want the event to be environmentally friendly.

All participants are provided with a free access to the Land of Legends (The Land of Legends)
- The free access cannot be used on check-in and check-out dates.
- You should contact guest relations of the hotel on your check-in date to book your free access for the next day.
- The hotel provides free transfer service to The Land of Legends. We strongly recommend you to visit it ;)

Your spouse, partners, friends, children and/or family members are also welcomed with you.
- The stay of one child under the age 12 is free.
- Extra accommodation fees are applied for the rest.
- You can add and calculate the extra fees to be applied after your registration on your event portal.

Digital Erasmus Conference 2025 Edition

December 03-05, 2025 | Rixos Park Belek | Antalya, Türkiye

We are pleased to announce that the fourth "Digital Erasmus Conference" will be held at Rixos Park Belek in Antalya on December 03-05, 2025. This year, DEC 2025 will cover the most recent topics related to the digitalisation of the Erasmus+ programme, following the successful organization of the first three conferences with a wide range of attendees.

DEC 2025 invites scholars, practitioners, and international mobility professionals from across Europe to engage in a high-level exchange of knowledge and experience regarding the digital transformation of the Erasmus+ Programme. We also invite and welcome all IROs and related parties to take part in this event, which includes comprehensive information about the novelties in EWP services.

This year’s conference aims to provide a critical platform for the discussion of ongoing developments, challenges, and best practices in the digitalisation of international education and mobility. Special emphasis will be placed on the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) ecosystem and the evolving landscape of digital tools and services supporting Erasmus+ implementation.

As this year’s novelty, participants are also invited to submit presentation proposals to share their insights, best practices, and experiences related to Erasmus+ digitalisation. We welcome contributions that align with the main themes of the conference, including but not limited to:

- The EWP infrastructure and its recent developments
- The KA171 mobilities and inter-institutional agreement management
- Artificial intelligence in mobility management
- Digital communication and social media strategies
- Innovative approaches to virtual and hybrid mobility
- Institutional digitalisation strategies and policy perspectives
- Your digitalisation experiences, success and failure stories

Short Guideline for Submissions:

Proposal submissions should include:

- Presentation Title
- Abstract (max. 250 words)
- Presenter Name(s) & Institutional Affiliation
- Preferred presentation format: short talk / case study / workshop
