DEC Events designs tailor-made experiences for field experts and International Relations Offices (IROs) working on the digitalisation of the Erasmus+ Programme. Operating as an independent organisation, our mission is to make that transition seamless — fostering collaboration between institutions and directly contributing to the European Education Area.
We believe successful digital transformation depends on inclusive communication and shared field experience. That belief is why, in 2022, we launched a provider-independent and system-agnostic gathering: the Digital Erasmus Conference (DEC). Designed as a boutique, high-impact event rather than a large trade show, DEC prioritises efficiency, active engagement and maximum value for every participant — no sales pitches, just practical knowledge exchanged between people who do this work every day.
By bridging hands-on field expertise with forward-thinking solutions, DEC Events helps international offices make their daily operations smoother, faster and more efficient.

The inaugural DEC launched at Paloma Foresta, Kemer, Antalya — addressing critical digitalisation needs with +25 HEIs and +40 participants.
2nd Edition · Dec 2023
Built momentum at Paloma Foresta, Kemer, Antalya, expanding practical insights for IRO experts — +30 HEIs and +60 participants.
3rd Edition · Dec 2024
Hosted at Rixos Downtown, Antalya, deepening community collaboration — +50 HEIs and +75 participants.
4th Edition · Dec 2025
Three days at Rixos Park Belek on the EWP and European Student Card ecosystem and the role of AI in Erasmus+ mobilities and IRO workflows, with European Commission and consortium experts joining +50 HEIs.
5th Edition · Dec 2026
The 2026 edition awaits the Erasmus community at Paloma Sencia, Belek — another powerful gathering to tackle emerging digital milestones together. Registrations are open.
