2. You will receive an email message confirming your registration has been received. This email also includes your event portal access link.
3. Once, your registration has been confirmed by the organisation team, you will your receive a new email message for your event payment transfer.
4. You can download your personal invitation letter, proforma invoice and the event schedule on the event portal.
5. Once you made your payment, the organisation team will send you your hotel accommodation voucher.
6. Then you can book your flights or plan your travel. Our organisation agency can assist you with the flights, extra accommodation bookings, and airport transfers (Contact person information is on your event portal page).
You can register and participate this event as an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility.*
We will provide you with the requested documentation in case you would like to use this option. Please contact us for more details you need.

Yes. You can book extra nights with discounts so you can arrive earlier than the event's first day and also you can book extra nights to stay in the hotel after the event ends.
However, this is subject to the hotel's accommodation availability.

However, invoices issued to your institutions are excluded from VAT if your instutition is not in Bulgaria or Turkiye.
In other words, all invoices issued to individuals, and invoices issued to institutiuons in Bulgaria and Turkiye will have VAT added.
Participants from Turkiye and Bulgaria: If you would like to provide a document for VAT exclusion, your invoice can also be prepared as VAT excluded.
Invoices will be issued in the next 30 days after the event ends. All invoices will be issued electronically and delivered in PDF formats to the registered email addresses.

Credit Card:
You can pay easily on our event portal after your registration. Please make sure you have added your extra services (extra accommodation or hotel transfers, ...). Your event portal.
EFT/Swift:
Payments can be transferred via EFT or Swift. EFT/Swift information can be found on your event portal.
Important: Please make sure that the payment is transferred to our accounts without any transaction fees if you prefer EFT/Swift.

Event and workshop certificates will be issued for each participant in a digital format. Certificates will be available to download on the event participant portal after the event ends. All certificates will be available in PDF format. There will be no printed versions as we want the event to be environmentally friendly.
All participants are provided with a free access to the Land of Legends (The Land of Legends)
- The free access cannot be used on check-in and check-out dates.
- You should contact guest relations of the hotel on your check-in date to book your free access for the next day.
- The hotel provides free transfer service to The Land of Legends. We strongly recommend you to visit it ;)
Your spouse, partners, friends, children and/or family members are also welcomed with you.
- The stay of one child under the age 12 is free.
- Extra accommodation fees are applied for the rest.
- You can add and calculate the extra fees to be applied after your registration on your event portal.
